Thank you notes!

At JLKevents, we do not shy away from hard work, but there are some weekends that are just exhausting. May 1 was one of those weekends, however, when sweet emails and thank-you notes like the ones here come to us, it makes it all worthwhile!!

Hi Liz,
What an awesome job you did to help turn the Pavilion into a magical, beautiful place. The lighting and lanterns were perfect. I loved working with you and would use you on my next wedding but thankfully I am all out of daughters. Thanks so very much.

Rachel and Ian Hass

You know it is going to be a great wedding when the bride and groom come to the planning meeting wearing sombreros!! We met Rachel and Ian on Cinco de Mayo and they had stolen away for a margarita before our meeting! Rachel and Ian wanted to show their family a friends a GOOD TIME and the guests came ready to CELEBRATE. Melainie Allen and the entire staff at the Marriott Resort provided great service! Enjoy the photos--they speak volumes about the good time that was had by all!!!

The week-end of Lighting!!

May 1 was a wonderful day to get married in the Low Country/Savannah area! We were thrilled to be part of such a great day for four incredible couples. We had the opportunity to work with some of our favorite vendors and another opportunity to work with some new favorite vendors! It was an exhausting week, but getting heart-felt hugs and thank-yous from our clients makes it worth it!! Many thanks to our Lighting Technician, Casey Fender for the work that he put into the events!

Enjoy the photos and please note the list of vendors that helped make the day a success!

About Me

My photo
About me personally. To me there is no final win or lose, at least here on earth. Winning or losing is done each and every moment of every day. James Taylor wrote that "the secret of life is enjoying the passage of time," Paul wrote that he was content in all things - to me that is winning. Sometimes I win, sometimes I don't.
